MM Properties is a real estate developer with a clear vision — to create sustainable, modern homes using timber construction solutions that meet high standards of quality, functionality, and design. Our approach is based on a strong understanding of the environment we build in and on a commitment to using carefully selected materials together with modern, environmentally responsible technologies. We believe that future homes must meet not only aesthetic and functional expectations, but also long-term sustainability and energy-efficiency goals that benefit both residents and the surrounding environment. That is why every project is developed with careful attention to long-term value, practical performance, and overall quality.

Our team is small, but built around experienced professionals — including an architect, construction manager, engineer, sales specialist, and developer — who have spent many years working in real estate and construction. Through experience gained across different companies, including long-term work together in one of the largest firms in the sector in Latvia, we have developed a strong understanding of the industry, practical processes, and construction technologies.

Today, we bring this experience together at MM Properties with one shared objective — to create high-quality timber homes and residential developments. Our professional background includes more than 30 completed timber private houses, giving us a solid foundation in timber construction and residential project delivery.

Our main focus is the development of modern, environmentally responsible residential communities of up to three storeys. One example is Tilderu kvartāls in Salaspils — a contemporary residential development that combines responsible construction technologies, functional architecture, and a well-planned living environment.

At MM Properties, we see homes as more than buildings. They are spaces where people build their everyday lives, families, and long-term connections. That is why each project is approached individually, with close attention to detail and to the overall quality of the environment being created.
