The construction process is efficient and controlled — structural elements are prepared in production and assembled on site according to the project, followed by insulation, cladding, and interior finishing.
One example of this approach is our first apartment building in Tilderu kvartāls, located at Tildera Street 2C. This four-apartment building with a single staircase and a clear, well-considered layout shows how quality timber construction can be combined with modern design and a respectful relationship with the surrounding environment. Two three-room and two four-room apartments were planned with a strong focus on comfort, functionality, and the needs of everyday family life.
