Eight-Apartment Building, Tilderu kvartāls

At Alūksnes Street 2, our largest apartment building to date is taking shape — eight apartments that combine proven values with new technical solutions and a higher level of comfort. It is a project where housing quality and architectural style meet sustainable construction and technical precision.

The building will include four three-room and four four-room apartments, each with a well-considered layout, abundant natural light, large glazed façades, and spacious terraces. The second-floor apartments will feature significantly larger terraces than in our previous building, making them a true extension of the living space during the warmer season. On the ground floor, each apartment will have direct access to its own plot area, creating a sense of private outdoor space within an apartment development.

From the outside, the building maintains a similar façade material to our first project — fibre cement panels — but this time in a richer grey tone that gives the architecture a more defined, yet still warm, character. The overall appearance is complemented by carefully designed glazing solutions and elegant timber details.

This is also our first apartment project to use a hybrid structural solution. The external walls are made from SIP panels, which provide high thermal performance and precision, while glued laminated timber is integrated in the corners and in façade areas with large glazed openings, serving both as a load-bearing and visually exposed architectural element. Internal partitions are built using timber construction solutions, as is typical in our projects.

Inside, each apartment is equipped with an individual heat pump, water-based underfloor heating throughout, and a heat recovery ventilation system that ensures a healthy indoor climate and year-round ventilation. These technical solutions are not shared across the entire building - each apartment is equipped separately, giving residents the ability to manage and optimise their own resources.

Each apartment also includes a separate storage unit in the price, providing additional everyday convenience and space for seasonal items.

This building is not just a place to live — it is part of a deliberate and structured village development, where every next step is taken with care and responsibility. Alūksnes Street 2 is an example of how we continue to develop while maintaining precision, quality, and a clear understanding of what makes a house feel like home.
